"A great place to stay" by BAYAT

The lush gardens, hospitality and flavor of this B&B was a pleasant surprise and a highlight for our Antigua Guatemala trip. We enyoyed the location, which is great since it is one block from the Hotel Casa Santo Domingo. This beautiful house is surrounded by tropical gardens which create a home-away-from-home feeeling (well, it has nothing to do with my small condo in Miami but you know what I mean). We were told that it is under new management and the house staff was so nice and helpful with all our needs including arranging our future travels in the country. The back patio was perfect for us to enjoy evening drinks around the fountains and our room had great views of the volcano from our balcony and our rooms did have windows that you could open! I would recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in Antigua. We would definitely do so when we come back.

"The ahhh factor - with bonus of Julio, who became our onsite tour director!" By WannaBislanders

Traveled with my husband and another couple celebrating 50th birthdays. Only had time for one night in Antigua. Extremely pleased to have chosen this warm and friendly house! Nicely appointed rooms, outrageous restrooms, good food and very relaxing courtyard. Staff ready to meet our needs - quick to offer us cold beverages day or night! Julio was happy to assist us with local advice and even arranged our next nights accommodations after hearing us express our concerns with arriving in Flores at 7 PM and not having a place to stay. (had been working unsuccessfully through another tour operator for several weeks prior to trip) I would suggest using Antigua Tours by Elizabeth Bell -www.antiguatours.net. One night was not near enough time to fully enjoy Antigua's quaint atmosphere. Encouraging all to stay at least 2 full days to soak up the history offered in Antigua's cobblestone streets, ruins and lovely people.

"A hidden gem in Antigua, Guatemala" By Dannerd

Casa Concepcion is a beautiful former private home that is now a bed and breakfast. This House has 4 rooms with private balconies and includes breakfast served in their beautiful outdoor courtyard. Very nice public livingroom with free internet service. Excellent House management by Elizabeth Bell of Antigua Tours, excellent service and very friendly and helpful staff that go out of their way to make you feel like this is your own home. About 5-6 blocks to the public square of Antigua. Excellent, quiet location, could not have enjoyed it more!
